Amber loves all things fitness! She has been in the fitness industry for 10 yrs, is proudly an ACE certified- Group Fitness instructor and a E-RYT 200,500 registered with Yoga Alliance. She studied Yoga in Rishikesh,Uttarakhand, as well as India. Other formats she teaches include: Mat Pilates,Boot camp,Strength Training,cycle,Aqua and all styles of Yoga. In her free time she enjoys gardening, international travel and power lifting.
