Classes

We offer classes for every fitness level. Each class is capped at ten participants so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Your first class is always FREE, no signup necessary, drop-ins welcome. Come train with us today!

 

Class Schedule

 

Lunch XPRESS: Cardio/Core - (Brie/Hope)

Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays
12:00pm – 12:45pm

Cardio/Core - Lunchtime, 45 minute class. 5 min warmup, 10 min upper, 10 min lower, 15 min abs and 5 min cool down

Explosive HIIT - (Hope)

Mondays & Thursdays
5:30pm – 6:30pm

30 min class. This HIIT class or (High Intensity Interval training class) will push you to the limit with 30 minutes of short work intervals of high intensity exercise and even shorter intervals of recovery period. This class focuses on training your body to tolerate and quickly recover from periods of explosive movement.  

Strength Circuit - (Brie)

Mondays
6:00pm – 7:00pm

Strength circuit is a circuit training class with a focus on building muscle and learning proper lifting techniques.


MAX BURN - (Chris)

Tuesdays & Fridays
6:00pm – 7:00pm

Join Chris, for targeted weight training focusing on specific muscle groups each class, time under tension, and proper form. Build lean muscle, and burn fat with an all levels workout designed for everyone.

Berserker - (Chris)

Saturday
9am – 10am

This class is our craziest yet, with Chris who is a former marine and all out fitness fanatic. Join him for a 5 phase workout, each phase is packed with different exercises and challenges. All followed by a surprise burnout. This class will get your weekend started off right!

Yoga Class - (Melissa)

Fridays
10am-11am
Wednesdays
6pm-7pm

Designed to compliment weight loss and conditioning programs. Focused on all fitness levels, this class will help to elongate the body, detox the core, decrease stress and create relaxation, and happiness.


Morning Burn - (Brie) *Sign-up only*

Tuesdays & Thursdays
7:30am – 9am

Join Brie for a morning workout circuit to get your day started off right. This class can be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on what you need. The class is designed as a circuit workout, you will have the option to complete 2-4 rounds of the circuit depending on desired length of workout. Workout will be listed on the board, and you can jump in anytime between 7am and 9am. *You must sign up in advance for this class* Click the “Sign up” button or register at front desk at Colonial Fit RVA.

Open Gym - *Sign-up only*

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
8am – 10am

Open gym is a time where current Colonial Fit PT clients or Unlimited pass holders may come workout on their own with a trainer present. Please sign-up to attend.
