HIIT Classes at Colonial Fit RVA are fun and fast-paced, designed to help keep you fit and motivated. Our unique 30-minute high-intensity interval training (that's "HIIT" in gym slang) combines cardio and resistance exercises to burn up to 1,000 calories per class. Following your trainers explosive movements will have you sweating and burning calories in no time!
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Sounds hard, right? Well, it is. But you can do it! With your trainers by your side, you’ll enjoy every minute. We train hard but we bring the fun! When you’re happy, we’re happy.
