Lunch XPRESS: Butz n Gutz - (Hope)

Mondays & Wednesdays
12:00pm – 12:45pm

Lunchtime, 45 minute class. 5 min warmup, 10 min upper, 10 min lower, 15 min abs and 5 min cool down

Explosive HIIT - (Hope & Brie)

Mondays & Fridays
5:30pm – 6:30pm

30 min class. This HIIT class or (High Intensity Interval training class) will push you to the limit with 30 minutes of short work intervals of high intensity exercise and even shorter intervals of recovery period. This class focuses on training your body to tolerate and quickly recover from periods of explosive movement.  

MiXX Kickbox - (Brie)

Tuesdays & Thursdays
5:30pm – 6:30pm

MIXX KICKBOX is designed for performance. Join Brie as she works your explosive strength starting with a 30 minute cardio/kickbox warmup and finishing with bands, bars, cables, balls and anything else she can think of. This class will step you outside of the box for sure!

Strength Circuit Explosive Strength - (Brie)

Mondays & Wednesdays
6:30pm – 7:30pm

Strength circuit is a circuit training class with a focus on building muscle and learning proper lifting techniques.

Morning Burn - (Brie) *Sign-up only*

7:30am – 9am

Join Brie for a morning workout circuit to get your day started off right. This class can be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on what you need. The class is designed as a circuit workout, you will have the option to complete 2-4 rounds of the circuit depending on desired length of workout. Workout will be listed on the board, and you can jump in anytime between 7am and 9am. *You must sign up in advance for this class* Click the “Sign up” button or register at front desk at Colonial Fit RVA.

Zumba or Pilates - (Amber)

Saturdays - Alternating Weeks
8am – 9am

Come let Amber help you with flexibility, stress relief, and overall wellness. Pilates is a great way to keep your body moving and functional for those heavy lifts and daily activities. Or get fit with Zumba! Class incorporates dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography will introduce you to styles such as hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo, among others. Pilates and Zumba will alternate weeks, check the live schedule for times and updates.

YOGA - (Dhavina)

6pm – 7pm

Join Dhavina for an hour of stretching, relaxation, and breathing to end your week and start the weekend refreshed

Berserker - (Chris)

9am – 10am

This class is our craziest yet, with Chris who is a former marine and all out fitness fanatic. Join him for a 5 phase workout, each phase is packed with different exercises and challenges. All followed by a surprise burnout. This class will get your weekend started off right!

Open Gym - *Sign-up only*

8am – 10am

Open gym is a time where current Colonial Fit PT clients or Unlimited pass holders may come workout on their own with a trainer present. Please sign-up to attend.
